Who we are
As the voice of nursing leadership, the New Mexico Organization of Nurse Leaders shapes healthcare policy, promotes nursing excellence and fosters collaboration through advocacy, professional development and networking.
We are leaders in the New Mexico Nursing community. Our members hold various positions at different organizations across the state. Our members help shape healthcare policy, promote nursing excellence, foster collaboration through advocacy, and focus on professional development and networking.
Connection: You are connected to a larger group of nurse leaders banded together to produce positive results for public health in our region.
Conferences: Conferences can provide quality education and networking for public health professionals, and you may offer a significant discount to members. You can offer members to contribute to the content, help plan the Conference or attend to enhance their professional development.
Public Policy / Advocacy: You can offer contribution to the strong advocacy programs centered on assuring that public health voices are being heard. You can keep track of public health issues under consideration by the State Legislature. Arrange PublicHealth contracts with a lobbyist to advocate for priority public health issues.
