October 1, 8:30 AM-10:00 AM, CARA Part 1: Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act (CARA) Program Training: Staff from the New Mexico Department of Health (DOH), the Children, Youth and Families Department (CYFD), and the Health Care Authority (HCA) will provide CARA program training and technical assistance for key hospital personnel. Individuals responsible for CARA program compliance, including leadership and front-line staff from labor and delivery units, should plan to attend this critically important training session.
